how would u handle a griefer? for a minor grief, i would warn him on the heavy side, if he does it again, or it's a huge grief, i would ban him by any means possible.
how would u handle a troll? if he's making a fool out of himself i will definitely hurt badly just using my words, but when it gets offensive, i will have to take bigger steps to deal with him

I believe that being an admin on a server gives me the best opportunities to do this, because I would be able to take disciplinary measures should need arise.
