Need someone to make a permissions.yml

hi all i need someone who can make me a permissions.yml file for my small server.

i have tried and tried to get my head around it but maybe i'm being silly but i just dont get it.
i need it all to work with following plugins for my MC1.1 bukkit server and have 4 groups of people, with slightly different command priviladges

so plugins i have are
essentials/chat/protect/spawn
herochat
iconomy
pail
pail plus
vault
chestshop
precious stones

also need 3 chats channels, admin, general and adults

the groups of builder with commands i need are

new players:
build, chat, spawn, set home, home,tell

kids
(inherit new players) /Time day/night, plus ability to switch between creative and survival (gamemode) abilty to set up a shop

adults
(inherit, kids and new players) TP, ability to set up a shop
admin
(inherit all) and all commands
