Need someone to setup server with meh

hello there my servers have been really laggy so im decided to portforward!!! But my internet is not the type for portforwarding it's wireless so I need someone that could make a bukkit server for me and call it The Tree house server.......................

But if you do know how to portforward with wireless PLEASE and I mean PLEASE can you write the instructions down or something and then I will be thx

I can with wireless get teamviewer and i can help quickly
