Hello everyone! I own Immortal Networkz! We are a Online Gaming Community. We are trying to bring forth games for all to play! We are growing and growing everyday and now we find ourselves in need of more staff! As of right now we have 2 game servers up. 1st one if Minecraft and the 2nd one if a Counter Strike Source server. We are working on bringing in a GunZ server and Team Fortress 2. For now we are creating for the following positions.
We are in need of the following for our website and forums:
1. 3 GFX Designers
2. 5 Advertising Managers
3. 5 Forums Moderators
4. 3 Events Coordinators
5. 5 Coders for our servers.
More positions will be added soon.
Now for our Minecraft Server we need the following:
1. 2 Admins to moderate our PVP World
2. 2 Admins to moderate our Main World
3. 3 Advertising Managers (Advertise the server)
4. 3 Youtubers (Make videos for our Youtube Channel)
5. 3 People who can create plugins and can operate TCAdmin as well as fixing maps. (Paid job if the plug ins work)

Restrictions:
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Must be able to SPEAK AND WRITE perfect English
3. We prefer you to have a MIC but not necessary at first.
4. Must fill out all parts of the application with enough information.

18? you dont have to be 18 to run a server or to be mature.studnicky and kacboy are 14 years old and they are site moderators on PMC .

I'm 12 and I administrate a website. I don't see why not because younger people can be mature as well as adults. Some of the moderators here are 14 and over and you don't see them banning someone because they said poop (or something along those lines).
Yeah, Next we should change all age restrictions, and make it so 13 year olds can drive, drink and smoke. Maybe even join the army.. Yeah... Age restrictions are so dumb.

My point was age restrictions are done so that people can have quality control and have expectations of people. A mature 13 year old can be mature at times but they always have the excuse "Im only 13" to fall back on. Frankly if you cant understand the reasoning behind your decision then your just a buthurt pre-teen who is made hes being excluded.

Exactly. And why come on to this site when it is full of kids? Very rare to find someone over 18. If you are looking for people to help I suggest you put the age restriction down to 13 or 14.
