I'll be on 3 hours on a week day and longer on weekends.
Admin about 5 times, ran a server twice.
Well, ive been playing since late alpha stages and multiplayer as soon as it was out, so yeah, i'm famillar with pretty much anything you throw at me.
I have experience at it, but knowing how to admin depends on the players. If their all complete hackers and greifers, you gotta be a bit harsher.

I, Spengleman2, believe, that a server, big or small, depends not on it's plugins, its staff, its map; but on it's players. They make the server what it is seen as, both pysically, and mentally. Physicly, if they are megalo maniac TNT greifers, the map will look like a nuke testing ground. Mentally, if they are all deprived psycopaths trying to make your life misarable, then the chat log won't appear very friendly.
Although the players do this, it is the job of the staff to lead them in the right direction, to be their Minecraft messiah, and let that reflect on the server. So I am here because i have a duty, a duty to be what the server needs in a time of hardship and suffering, and shine a glowstone torch in dark places, to guide all people towards the light.

Situations: If somebody was complaining about being killed repeatadlty and having htier items stolen then i would just explain to them that this is a hardcore pvp server and that they should expect it, if they keep complaining i would probably temporaryily mute them and if they continue to complain then they would either get banned or permanantly muted
