I NEED TO START A SERVER

Hello,
I need someone to start me a server
I would start my own server but unfortunately i don't have enough
If a server host company or a person that is willing to do it free please reply back
This what i want my server to be
1.Bukkit
2.1.4.2
3.Console access

Who ever can help me gets Co-Owner on the server if you help me make a server.
