Need a Tech Guy

Recently I have started a minecraft server. I have put alot of work into it and the only thing I have problem with is some of the permissions and plugin configuration. If there is anyone out there that can help me with this that would be much appreciated. Also, I am not dumb so if you purposely fuck up the permissions or config I have a backup of the files. So don't bother wasting your time. (I also have a backup of the map).

If you help me out with this then I will talk to the owner/co-owners about the rank you will get! You will most likely get a donator ranks and some perks. If you are also really good at building and can prove to me on my server youor building ability you will most likely obtain Gamemode when the server goes up!
