Need to fix a resource packnot_listed_location

I have this CIT pack I want to use, but it doesn't work properly. The only items that change are the ones in the sword and bow folders. I don't know anything about how to fix .JSON and .PROPERTIES files, but when I compared the ones for items that work and items that don't they looked pretty much the same.
