I need too set my default rank for my server

hello i have setup a whole prison server and everything is perfect accept for one thing every time someone joins they are no rank but i want them to be default i need help on how to set my default rank it doesnt give me the option too do it in my permissions.yml or my config.yml i use permissionsex please help me and i cant switch too group manager because i have set up all my ranks and permissions and it would take a long time too transfer please help

Should work, though it has been a while since I used PEx. Could also be a YAML formatting error, so give it a test-run here and see if it works.
