I've tried votifier I cannot figure it out. Is there a plugin that is easy to use and lets my players vote for my server to get diamonds and other items like that.

Votifier is pretty much the only option since the big voting sites require you to use it. Essenially you just open the file that the voting site asks you to (either public key or private key) and copy the contents into the box on their site. To give people diamonds, look up GAlistener. It's a nice plugin used by most servers.
