Need YOUR input for new Pixelmon server
Hey guys!
I'm currently in the process of setting up a Pixelmon server, and I want your input on how the server is going to work!
Currently we've got it set up so that staff will be running the initial towns/gyms. You will be able to buy property in the towns on our server. There will be people below Jrmods who will be available to observe fights and enforce any bets made on said fights. This means that you can gamble your pokemon/money on fights.
Here are features that are in the server, and points I want feedback about
Have more points to make? We want to hear your input! What do YOU want on this pixelmon server?

- Buy property
- Rent/Lease property
- Hunger enabled? Disabled?
- Destructible world? Usable Apricorn trees for pokeball crafting?
- Player owned shops/Server owned shops, or both?
- Element gym leaders (Fire, electric, etc) or level gym leaders (10, 20, 40, etc - allows for more challenge with battles as they will have a mix of pokemon)
- Linear path as in the handheld games (Can't proceed past certain areas until you have a badge) or open world and can wander around as you please?
- Can players eventually be gym leaders?
Have more points to make? We want to hear your input! What do YOU want on this pixelmon server?

As always, great ideas
One thing that I'm thinking about would be the gyms. In my opinion, the type-based gyms would work best if the server was linear, following the games. On the other hand, if it were non-linear, level based gyms would work better, as it lets players know if they're ready for that gym (so a trainer with starting pokemon doesn't try to challenge a leader with level 50+ pokemon)
Great ideas, and I hope to hear more from this!
