Needing Of Developers

Hi, so I am in need of developers to create a few plugins for me, 1 being a plugin exactly/near obsidian destroyer, since od is not compatible with 1.7.10 I need someone to make a plugin that can fit me needs for this, with durability, configurable explosions that damage the block, and more.
