NEI Keeps crashing

Whenever I try to load up minecraft forge (1.7.10) with Not Enough Items installed, it just immediately crashes with no crash report at all. What's happening?

Does removing NEI fix the issue?

I figured it out. It turns out that I need CodeChickenCore installed, too.
