Neoforge 1.20.6 Exit Code: 1 Crashes

My friend tried neoforge 1.20.6 and he kept getting Exit Code: 1, I'm not sure what the problem is, probably his GPU or something but I'm not familiar with this, pls help

Btw, he has no mods and is plain neoforge
