Hi I am looking. Forward to starting a server. I am just gonna ask. What kind of plugins do I need? Is it simple? I need plugins that are useful, prevent griefing, fun plugins ( like SG and so on. ) and also a plugin that adds multiple worlds within you're server. Thanks for the help!

Don't use any of these for 1.7.8 until they've updated to 1.7.8. It will cause some problems.
Also only use Essentials.jar, EssentialsSpawn.jar and EssentialsChat.jar from the Essentials download.

You will need plugins such as "essentials" and "Multiverse-Core" to do the things you have listed in your post. But I suggest that you visit Bukkit and take a look through the plugins they have to offer, you will find a plugin for almost anything you can think of.
