Nether and End not working!

My nether and end portals will not work for my players but they will work for me. Now I have every permission so I am assuming it is a permissions problem but do not know how to fix it. We have multiverse, should we delete it, re-install, and put our worlds back in? (P.S. whenever members try to use it, it says "[name] can't enter world world_nether") The problem originated when we deleted the end and nether then renamed the world so they would generate again. I have also tried to use Multiverse Nether portals to link the worlds and that did not seem to work either... Any help would be appreciated.
