New Factions Server Ideas?

Hey guys, I'm here to request help for my server. To start off, I'm creating a new factions server, which is VERY overdone. I'm trying to think of a way to make it unique. I mean, if I don't make it unique then what will make people want to join my server rather than the millions of others?
I don't want to switch to towns or regular survival or anything else, but, for example, Gontroller has it's emerald chest that makes it cool. The key holders, blah blah blah... Is there something else like that which would make my server special? Are there any plugin developers who could create a plugin for me? (I can pay a little, but I'll definitely give a staff position for anyone who does).
