New GPU
I recently just got an RX 480 and for some reason it feels way worse than my gtx 960
I can't even run minecraft with it right now. Currently reinstalling it right now.
It does not seem better than my 960.
What do i do? All drivers are up to date
Update - Reinstall did nothing.

Did Windows detect it or the AMD Detector? If it was windows then heres the link: https://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/non-w ... -oct19.exe
If it was AMD then I'd still download that. Before, you install it use DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller) it will get rid of all the files from the system. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis ... nload.html

I have 3 of those downloaded now, tried them a few times.

Did you get the right driver? Since, the AMD website has multiple downloads for different series. Such as the HD 7700 series.
It detected my driver and downloaded.
Update: Found out it was caused by forge.
But games are still extremely laggy and loss so much FPS

I have a lower end processor (6300) and a 1080, so we should be equaled out.. I get min 300fps and max 850(ish) and with shaders, 80-150.

To start with, what are your actual frame rates with the 480, and what CPU are you running? Just so we can get an idea of if there is a problem with something unusual.
