New minecraft server need help!

hi guys this is a great server and basically were looking for builders and regular players to help build up are server at the moment it has 40 plugins like [factions] [mobdisguise] [World edit] [worldguard] and loads more but if you know any more please tell us.
this server is a week old so its under construction and we really want people to help build and enlarge the servers population.
