NEW plugins NEED HELP

I am working on the best server and just wanted some feed back from people if they would join etc
The server gonna have kits for the warzone were you could buy kits/rank up
The ranking sytem would track each kills deaths and it would track what place in rank you are
etc
Also WE have are own shops plugin essay to use and best one out there
we also have clans were it the best thing out there all you do is /create clan (name)
/clan tag (BIO)
etc
also you would have clan base /clan create Base Witch would allow you to create a safe clan base etc 100x100 a fence will go around the zone and inside the zone you would be able to put up member base like a 20x10 or how ever you do by useing a stick to mark the area and doing /clan basezone create (price) and for other zone you would do the same thing like this /clan basezone create (price) but like this /clan basezone1 create (price) ,/clan basezone2 create (price) /clan basezone3 create (price) etc
Just let me know if you guys would play on the server etc with all its awsome plugin server will be realsee to plubic after major testing etc
