My new server...

I have made the spawn and what not.. but does anyone know how to handle Plug-ins? I need help with that... And I need help with finding a good hoster... I want a cheap one but I want it to allow at least 50 players and plug-ins... And Owners and Ops get creative and what not? Understand? Sorry, I suck at explaining things xD So all in all out, I really could use some help. If you do help you will get Co-Owner ranks I am not lying, but I will only allow the commands after I trust you, and I will set some rules.
