are you using the minecraft server launcher or another launcher, as well as do you have a batch for the setup

try this in your batch file Memory Allocation for 1 Gb to 2 Gb

Have you downloaded minecraft_server.jar ? And IPchicken is definitely right I think RAM is the problemm...

juay ya know i'm still here just reading the chat and waiting to see if i have have any needed info (i probally don't but atleast i'll be the very first girl on the server )

Give me a few minutes to look into this...and as far as whitelist make sure its set to false in server.properties

I got them from both sites. And the IP addresses were the same.

Ok I bet I can help. More RAM, that would be taking your computer apart and inserting a little thing in but theres an easier way . You should use IP chicken for your IP and is your server bukkit?
