New server. Fly mod allowed need builders.

Me and my friend have started a server called LucasCraft. We are interested in looking for builders. It is non whitelist and anyone can join. Rules are as simple as this. No greifing. If i catch anyone greifing they will be promptly removed from server. We are looking for builders. And the top 3 people that remain loyal will become OP. :]
However, if you aren't picked as the top 3, you may still become op if you are nice, helpful and respectful. Ciao ~ See you on the server! Oh wait did i forget the IP ?
