NEW SERVER HACK. WATCH OUT!!!!

Shit man... just bloody hell...
This guy joins my server and he speedhacks. i jail him. he tells me if i ban him he will shut down my computer. i ban him without believing him. 5 secs later my whole internet crashes. 2 mins later when it comes up i start server and he comes back on an alt sayin 'joo admin u fail again :p'. i ban his ip and him. my internet crashes for 2 mins and when i come back on. my internet immideatly crashes again. i quit minecraft because i was scared and im doin my own thing and my internet goes down again. WTF
Only thing I can think of is that he is a hacker, and has acquired my IP address through me hosting the server, and is remotely messing with me.
I don't have any proof. I was going to start recording when he joined on an alt but he didn't come back. IF ANYONE KNOWS IF THIS IS A NEW TYPE OF HACK OR SOMETHING PLEASE NOTIFY ME!!!

dont worry you are being ddos ed try changing the ip, that will require you to stop port forwarding. After a week you ISP will change your ip, then re port forward but instead of releasing a raw ip get a domain from dot.tk and then use a dns to point it to the ip. Should stop it happening again.
Sounds like a short DDoS to me. If it happens again, try to find the source it's coming from [I'm not sure how to do that though, contact your service provider].
