NEW SERVER... HELP WANTED!

Hello, I am the creator of ArmyCraft... a very succesful server. We have 300 slots and are doing very well. We recently made It on the homepage of PMC for about 6 Days! We are starting a new server called VillageCraft. We need admins and mods and people in general. First off thought we need money. Anyone interested in donating money for creative admin or moderator status will be greatly appreciated. The server is goin to be a server where you have to build you own town or join a different town. Grow your town and once you get enough money you can buy stores like superstores, markets and weapon shop to be inserted to your town. It seems like a good idea and have got lots of good feedback but we need some people willing to invest. OP will only be like 5 or 10$. Please message me or add bowmanmajor on skype for more details! Also please diamond if you think this is a good idea!

What expeience do you have with minecraft? I have played since Alpha.
What experience do you have with bukkit? I have used bukkit for almost as long as it has been running. I have 3 Craft-Bukkit servers. 1 Is very successful, Ip is in my signature.
How would you handle a hacker? Yes. I once had a griefing/hacker team come on my server, I fixed the issue in a matter of coalm and controlled minutes. I am VERY knowledgeable with all kinds of things.
How would you handle a troll? Yes. My friends troll me all the time. I am very good and seeking them out and I troll them back within their troll. A troll inside a troll! INCEPTION! Lol.
How would you handle a griefer? VERY MUCH! I am skilled and have been given the rank of Griefer Banner by my friends and 2 Planet Minecraft Moderators. How is that for a good record?
What experience do you have as a Admin? Oh very much. I am Head Admin on Purple Sky PvP server. I am also Co-Owner of The Reformatory Prison Server. Come check it out. I build everything.
In 20 words or more tell me why you should be admin. I am kind. I can be strict but fair. I am calm and concise. I feel that accuracy and precision means everything, in real life, or anything of that matter. I have been admin several times. I seriously encourage you joining my server. I might even give you a few perks. I am VERY skilled in plugins, permissions, nodes, etc. I am very compatible. I am a sufficiently skilled WorldEdit builder. I can fully code Java. I have played MC since Alpha. I know everything about a server by heart including what plugins to get, how to use them, and how to set them up. I have written over 180 lines of code for my server and I plan to do the same with yours. I can fully configure and fulfill your server to the capacity at which you would LOVE it to be at. Trust me, I am a "Rockstar" when it comes to admin and everything else. Ask everyone on my server. Which by the way has 40 people on it 24/7. I am an EXPERT advertiser and can get you 50 players in no time.
Why do you want to be admin? I feel that I can help your server a lot! I come in and change the whole lives of the owners of servers. That is just how I do things. I help, I admin, I configure, I advertise, I basically do everything.

And if like a Member spammed, or spammed with foul language, or used CAPS, or just simply not following server RULES, I would kick from server with Warning, and if they keep spamming or what ever there doing I would ban.
