New Server Looking for Staff!

Hello.
I am johnsudario and thats my minecraft name to.
I am 12 years old.
I live in australia.
I want to be a admin because i want to serve and protect.
I would follow all the rules like no griffing no spawning items no spaming ect.
There was one time where i killed a guy just because he was griffing my sisters house.
I would not change your server because its yours not mine so if I see something that needs a change, ill ask you first.
I really want this position.
if i cant have it i would be ok to take another position.

Hey i would like to be a admin or mod on your growing server i am kind have a great sense of humour and are strict on griefers and people who swear i want to make a good minecraft community and a server when people just want to keep coming back to the server and staying instead of saying "meh" and leaving i am also very mature i have been mod of 2 servers and admin on 2 servers 1 with 20 people and the other with 70 people, i own my own shadowcraft server 24/7 no lag, i will help promote the server on youtube and other places if you want me to i am 15 years of age and i will like to be apart of your great server please hire me and also i love to build

if accepted it would be my first time as a builder. but even if i do not get chosen i can build very good looking structures whilst in survival
im not good with redstone (not gonna lie, i can only build very basic circuits)
i feel that i have a lot to offer to the server, and i am very willing to listen to others (no matter the rank)
i own the full version of minecraft
i'll start to build what ever needs to be built for the server, then i would start my house. the servers needs come before my players needs (houses etc.) i don't need a specific size piece of land. i can build anywhere and in any size (almost)
i should also add i hate griefers, so please be harsh on them. i don't like seeing good servers being ruined by them, especially new servers or first time server makers
