Minecraft Server Startup – Seeking Backend Developers & Long-Term Staff

We're in the early stages of launching a Minecraft server focused on long-term quality, innovation, and community. This isn’t just another copy-paste server — we’re building something custom, and we need the right people to help make it happen. I am looking to create a OG factions revamp primarily based around Kingdoms, Wars, Economy, and overall competitive playing. (This is not set in stone)

Who we’re looking for:

  Backend developers with experience in Minecraft server-side development (plugins, APIs, optimization, custom systems). You don’t need to be a professional, but you should know your way around backend logic and be willing to grow with the project

  Admins or senior staff who understand server management, team coordination, and building strong, lasting communities
  
• 
  People who care about building something meaningful and want to be involved long-term — not just short-term help
