A new type of server?

Tired of all the faction pvp servers? Tired of not being able to just play? Are you a fan of playing RP games? Well then keep reading, if not move along. I have a server idea, for minecraft. It will be a MMO in minecraft. I have started developing the map, 5000x5000, for a test. So far, I have a nice landscape. But, I need your help. I'm not great at building, so I need people who would be interested in that. Now, for the part that may get coders mad, is I need a plugin dev. I am currently learning java, and soon I will be able to help, but at the moment, I cannot. No, I'm not going to pay you, as this is a side project. I will be dedicated on it though. I will keep adding pictures, for spoilers of what I'm adding. If you'd like to help, you can PM me, and I'll message you my skype. By the way, this isn't something huge at the moment. Its a side project, for now. Eventually, after school is almost finished, Ill start spending more time on it. Currently I'm working about 3 1/2 hours a day on this.
