Everyone has a basic skin, including me. I have almost 9 GBs of space and I'm on a macbook air. This problem is on all servers, and it's been going on for weeks now. I already undownloaded my vpn and ad blocker. Can anyone help?

you are lacking in memory
Not sure how this works exactly but something like this?
In console check for Mojang temp ban notifications.
You may have way too many plugins that all need UUID info.
If your server gets temp banned from Mojang servers
for spamming lookups it may also stop your players loading
skins right when they join when they too (from your server ip)
try to contact Mojang for skins info.
Example
Got MCMMO ? Check inside the .jar for hidden.yml
It has setting to tell MCMMO how many and how often
player UUID lookups sent to Mojang. Drag hidden.yml out
of .jar and edit with notepad++, save and drag back into
jar to replace the existing one.
Reduce the amount and increase the interval.
You might be getting temp banned by Mojang constantly.
Not sure of any cool down they give for bans.
Not sure about this also but if you have a cracked account or stolen
acc Mojang might be blocking YOU from skin lookups.
