So basically whenever someone isn't opped, they cannot build/break any blocks, no matter how far away from spawn they are. I'm using PermissionsEX and Essentials. I'm not quite sure on how to post my config. files onto here. Please help me!

I assume you got the whole Essentials pack? If you have some plugin with 'NoBuild' or something like that, remove it. If you need anymore help add me on Skype: deathring117
