I really need help on my server. New people who join cannot build or destroy. I put in modifyworlds.* and it still doesn't work. Someone please help me.

Add this to the permission:
- essentials.build
it is modifyworld.* and the variable it set to true
and it still doesn't work..... here is a list of my plugins
