1.6.1 is not working!

You need patience for 1.6 to work... you see, finding horses is difficult, finding coal blocks is like... extremely rare and it takes a couple of minutes for the new launcher to load. It will be fine in the end though

first of all, horses are very very rare, they are found is forests and plain biomes, there is a possible chance that you cannot find them, but it takes patience and time. second of all, your launcher is missing something, or you have forced it to start quickly / fast. re-download the launcher and make sure it's the correct one. then open it, LET IT LOAD then you may wait until the minecraft pops up. then after that you may exit the launcher. shufflin, re-download your launcher, that happened with me the first time your minecraft.jar is missing a folder/file and cannot run the actual minecraft. hope this helped o;

for me every thing works but their are no horses theirs coal blocks but no horses i checked all the plains biomes but i couldn't find any any ideas...??

Well my Minecraft 1.6.1 isn't working, everytiime I try to open in minecraft, the laucher works,but I'm getting a black screen everytime when I open it.

Hmm, did you try re-downloading the launcher? Change your settings and maybe lower them so your chunks can load..

well i can do stuff for like 1 second then my screen freezes

What isn't working, can you explain it more? Can you move? Does the screen freeze? Try re-downloading the launcher and let it load when it's starting up.
