Datapacks that I download from Planet minecraft do not work right.

The datapacks may additionally not be updated to the latest version and break because it has decrepated/changed functions within the pack.
You can check for those errors with your output log

when you unzip open the folder then copy paste the folder which is inside the folder 2 folders dont work
I have two possible explanations: First, make sure you're on the correct version of Minecraft. Second, sometimes when people use software like WinRAR, it's possible that the actual data pack folder that you want is inside of the one you downloaded.
