Obsidianbreaker glitch

Hello i have server were i have factions and obbydestructor plugin and every thing for faction server well my players is writting me when sometimes obsidian dont just break on enemy teritory (when they try to blowup enemy land and obsidian tnt just disapiar )so i checked my self i got same i tryed to place tnt on enemies land tnt just disapier how do i fix that i changet plugin it still same i changet from obsidianbreaker to obbydestructor still same help
