Ocelots Spawning Like Crazy! HELP

Hello All,

I'm having a problem with mob-spawning on my server(Mainly Ocelots). I have a feeling that it may be something to do with Multiverse Core mob-spawning, but not entirely sure how to fix this. Below are the plugins currently enabled on the server.
