I have tried everything to solve problems with permissions and it never works! I don't understand how everyone else gets it to work. I am getting really ticked off because I have been trying since Feb of this year and still no luck. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE. Or you won't get any cake!

I can make you a correct permissions.yml for your server if ya want. I can make ranks and that no prob :L Do you have skype? Its easier with skype
