OPCraft (My server) Crashing?

So... My server has been crashing a ton lately. Any ideas?

My Devs think it has something to do with ender portals...

Pretty sure a stone had fell into an end portal and the server failed to teleport it properly to the end.
Try fixing it with Region Fixer at block location:
World: (610,65,-967),
Chunk: (at 2,4,9 in 38,-61; contains blocks 608,0,-976 to 623,255,-961),
Region: (1,-2; contains chunks 32,-64 to 63,-33, blocks 512,0,-1024 to 1023,255,-513)
Try fixing it with Region Fixer at block location:
