there is a statement from the author of the optifine mod here, apparently its just a false positive
https://github.com/sp614x/optifine/issues/1206 apparently its something to do with the adverts they are running on the site (no surprise though, the site is 99% adfly adverts which are super dodgy)
if you click on show details and scroll down there is a button that says "visit this unsafe site" which will allow you to access the site, however i would suggest to keep an eye on it and wait until its been sorted

What Panda said. And even if it was, the URL is quite easy to remember: optifine.net. So just add 4 more characters and you're good to go.
Minecraft Optifine is not blocked by google '-'
