When I download optifine it says it is successful but I don't find it in version not in the lancer even when I make a new one I need help this area also with forge

if you want optifine with forge then install forge then put the optifine file in the mods folder
make sure they are both for the same version

Check my comment, it should help.
What you should try is installing Forge and then download OptiFine from https://optifine.net/downloads. After you've downloaded OptiFine, do not open the Java applet and install it. Instead drag the OptiFine .jar file into your mods folder under %appdata%\.minecraft
I did this on 1.15 with the preview of OptiFine and it worked.
I am not sure about OptiFine's compatibility with Forge for 1.13-1.14, but if you're using those versions try it anyway.

You don't need forge for optifine. You need to install java, then you can have optifine.
