So, i fanally got a proper ?gaming? pc! windows 10 with 6 ram (thats all i know since i didnt build this, a friend did but good enough to play some good games) but you see im trying to download 1.12.2 optifine and forge since that has the main mods i like and they just dont download properly; neither of them download with that symbol (the cup of tea) and i sadly dont have a hard drive to move the stuff from my laptop to my pc :/
