Is Optifine compatible with WorldEditWrapper?

I'm wondering if Optifine is compatible with WorldEditWrapper. I want to be able to use WorldEditWrapper and Optifine (both using Minecraft v1.7.10) at the same time so that I can use the Conquest resource pack and use WorldEdit for accessing meta-datas, biome-specific textures, etc. Some technical advice would be helpful. Thanks!
