Optifine fps cap

I want to play with some pretty hard to run shaders and every frame and GPU usage percentage counts for me. I wanted to know if there is a way to cap the framerate by one fps and not five at a time with Optifine. Is there a way to do it? Sorry for broken english, not my first language.
