Optifine Help

I've been having a bit of trouble with my Optifine. I've searched all over every forum site and could not find anyone with the same issue. I have deleted my minecraft folder several times, reinstalled optifine, etc. None of this seemed to work. Every once in a while, it will work. I can play minecraft using optifine without a problem then when I close it and reopen it, it wont work until I uninstall and reinstall optifine. I checked my Java version, which is up to date. I'm not really sure what to do at this point. Maybe you guys can help...
