Optifine Shader Glitch

For some reason when I use Optifine shaders, everything is just...broken. How do I fix this? Also here's some details about the game right now. I have no resource packs enabled, I am using minecraft 1.19 forge, I have the matching Optifine version, and I am using the "Internal" shader. All shaders have this glitch.
