PAID ADVERTISING for MC Server

Hello everyone,
Server Back Ground:
I have been running a Minecraft server and its been doing good. We have made $105 in donations in the past 8 Days. We have usually on approx 10 players at a time but sometimes we have less. Its a WAR server with griefing and pvp and raiding and factions
We currently have 1 GB of ram and 60 Player Slots. We remade NukeTown from Black Ops 1 and made it our own PvP Arena.

Problem:
I am trying to get more members online for my members to play with and for the server to become more active. I am not planning on spending alot but I am looking for some server advertising that costs under $20 USD. Does anyone have any suggestions of places to pay for advertising from for the Minecraft Server and a link if available.
