I can't find a good way to make checkpoints for a parkour map, /setworldspawn isn't working.

if you really want to use world spawn you just have to set the gamerule spawnRadius to 0
otherwise, you are spawned in a random position within a 10 block radius
but /spawnpoint is better to use

OMG, thank you so much, when I saw people use that I thought it was a bedrock version of /setworldspawn (they weren't on java)

And ironically, /spawnpoint was introduced into Java edition before Bedrock.

I don’t think I have seen a way to set a players respawn point in the game yet with commands, but I’ll look and see if I can find one.
