Partnering With Another Server!

Hello peeps!
My name is Dominic and i have recently started up my new Minecraft server with 100 player slots.
I have put alot of time and money into this server and i am looking for another server to partner with.
But before i explain a bit more i will tell you about my server for a bit.
So my server has 5GB RAM and has: Factions, SkyBlock, SkyGrid, Donator Creative World & two Hunger Games worlds. I have tested all of these out and they work!
I have spent so much time making this server and making the ranks as best as they can be. I am also going to be improving upon my server by adding more things to special ranks.
Now for the info about the partner:
I am looking for a partner who knows what he/she is doing! I do not want someone who is not sure how to sustain their own Minecraft Server!
I am also looking for someone who has over 50 SLOTS in their server. This is because i do not ant to be partnered with a small Minecraft Server due to the fact that i am a bigger player based server.
I am also looking for a server who has a decent amount of players on there Minecraft Server. This is because if there is someone with only a small amount of players then there is really no point.
