Patch client on login using plugin? 1.3.1

is there any posible way to install a patch on there client even just a temp one that deletes after they log off? so i can have custom items and link servers without having them even notice or even having to worry about adding a patch or so on. all they would have to do is connect to the server as normal and it would do everything.
