MC Patcher help! Answer ASAP!

I have recently downloaded mcpatcher hd fix, I patched my texture packs and everything but the font is all messed up now. I clicked the "HD font" and patched it but the font is still messed up. Did I do something wrong? Please answer.

Open up MCPatcher again, and click unpatch. Then if you patch it again, it should work.
