People can't get on my server?

I made a server and my friend couldn't get on it. I remade it 3 times last night and today I remade it again. (Deleted all files and started over.) Yes, I portforwarded. I can log onto my server but my friend couldn't. I don't know if I fixed the issue and my friend isn't online to try to log onto it. Can anyone log onto it? Is this even the correct IP? 68.62.194.85
